When you hit overwhelm, you often speed up, however if you don't have a clear plan and structure, your increased speed doesn't help you find relief.

That's not easy of course when you are drowning in a world of reactivity. This is where I can come in and help to do the observing. Ensuring that the 'new' takes shape and produces the desired results, you need to understand the obstacles that can come with any change and be prepared for it.
Humans love comfort zones and when pushed beyond it there is always a risk that you might give up before you find the new improved 'comfortable'.
