BUSINESS MENTORING

YOUR OWN DEDICATED BUSINESS MENTOR TO SUPPORT YOUR JOURNEY

PERHAPS IT MIGHT BE A GOOD TIME TO: SLOW DOWN - TAKE A MOMENT  TO OBSERVE

You are probably thinking, I don't have time to slow down, you're mad.

When you hit overwhelm, you often speed up, however if you don't have a clear plan and structure, your increased speed doesn't help you find relief.

What you need to do is take a moment, and try a new approach. Stop. Look. Listen. Review what is working and what is not and remap the way you do things, one, step, at, a, time. That's not easy of course when you are drowning in a world of reactivity. This is where I can come in and help to do the observing. I can then guide you to create the structure necessary specific to your business, to bring you the balance and efficiency you are desperate for.

One step at a time we can help you to:

1

Add

STRUCTURE

When you feel overwhelmed you are predominantly in an emotional state and feel as though one more thing could push you over the edge.

In order to restore balance you need to create structure, which starts by moving from an emotional to factual state.

You can do that by taking a moment to look at your business in a different way, break it down into a step by step process.

Then you have a manageable method to review issues one step at a time, before talking about solutions moving forward.

2

Shift your

PERSPECTIVE

A necessary shift in perspective is required to go from being a task oriented employee to a business manager/leader.

Mastering the art of time management, understanding what your priorities are and how to use your time efficiently.

We can become experts at looking busy but are we being productive? Ask yourself how much of my time is spent reacting to emergencies and how often am i able to plan and prepare?

There are some great time management tools to help you take stock of the way you spend most of your time, and shift your perspective on how you respond to your daily tasks.

3

Implement Effective

CHANGE

It's all very well to hold a vision of how you want things to look but how do you get from here to there!?

Implementing effective change can be a far more elusive process than you expect.

Ensuring that the 'new' takes shape and produces the desired results, you need to understand the obstacles that can come with any change and be prepared for it.

Humans love comfort zones and when pushed beyond it there is always a risk that you might give up before you find the new improved 'comfortable'.

We can get clear about these obstacles so you know them and don't let them stop your growth and progress.
